Following are some of the more frequent questions customers have asked over the years:
Do Advance Guttering charge a fee for providing a written quotation? No,
Advance Guttering will send out an experienced estimator to evaluate
the work required and provide you with a written quotation.
What happens to the existing guttering and other job spoil generated in installing my new guttering? This material is removed and the job site is cleared of all installation debris.
Is Advance Guttering insured in respect of Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance? Yes, The company is insured against these risks.
What is the procedure if the installer finds broken roof tiles whilst working on the roof? If the customer supplies the correct tile or ridge the installer will replace them and advise you accordingly.
If your installer finds that the storm water is blocked what do I do? You need to get in touch with a licenced plumber/drainer to have the blockage removed.
Are the materials used by Advance Guttering covered by a warranty? The
warranty for materials is subject to the terms and conditions
applicable to the material chosen (ie Steel or Aluminium). See our

What is meant by the term “Continuous Guttering”? This
term is used to identify the process whereby guttering is rollformed at
the job site.This process minimises the need for unnecessary lap joins
in the new guttering.
Who delivers the guttering and/or accessories ? Advance
Guttering will arrange for the material to be delivered by one of its
regular suppliers who willrequire access to your property to store the
material, pending arrival of the installer. Please notethat adequate
space should be available as some of the gutter lengths could be up to
20 metres inlength.
Does rainfall affect the installation process ? Yes,
Installers cannot perform the work during wet weather. Advance
Guttering will do all in their power to minimise any inconvenience to
you.
